Closeway provides AI-powered sales coaching tools, including real-time call assistance, automated note-taking, and performance analytics. Our service is provided via a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to record calls without proper consent

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

Closeway and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Closeway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Closeway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
